该研究选择了有代表性的工业污染源和环境空气质量检测点位,利用国内外先进检测仪器,通过大量实地采样及分析,得出了石家庄市环境空气中PM10与PM2.5污染现状、化学特征及污染途径。同时还研究了PM10与PM2.5的关系,定量得出了全市各区及主要固定污染源对各级粒径尘的贡献率,提出了有针对性的防止措施,为改善城市空气质量和城市治理细小颗粒物污染提供了科学依据。该研究成果整体水平达到了国内领先。

为全面了解辽宁省PM2.5污染状况以及重金属元素分布,2005年在该省选取了5个典型城市进行分季节的采样,并进行颗粒物浓度分析和重金属元素分析。分析结果表明,辽宁省典型城市TSP、PM10和 PM2.5污染均比较严重,重金属元素分析中Pb和Zn的含量比较高,且重金属元素更易于富集在细颗粒上。最后提出了辽宁省PM2.5防治对策及研究展望。
