植物蛋白质组学，研究植物蛋白质组及重要功能蛋白复合体组的基本成份, 动态表达、修饰定位、结构功能, 及相互作用。 开展农林业物种（如毛竹、杉树、水稻, 茶叶等）的基础蛋白质组学研究。 深入进行模式植物的蛋白复合体组学研究, 以求揭示植物RNA多聚酶与转录机构蛋白复合体组的基本成份与变化规律, 以及转录复合体组在农林业物种生长发育过程中的作用机制。
