颅内Rosai-Dorfman病(Rosai-Dorfman disease，RDD)是一类临床罕见的组织细胞增生性疾病。中南大学湘雅医院收治1例12岁颅内RDD患儿，主诉为头痛、头晕1个月，行肿瘤全切除手术，术后应用激素及化学药物治疗。随访8个月，病情稳定，未见肿瘤复发。对于此类肿瘤且有进展趋势者，应用立体定向活检术有助于明确诊断及手术方案的选择(如骨瓣取舍等)。本病以手术干预为主，辅以放射治疗...

Rosai-Dorfman病，又称窦组织细胞增生伴巨大淋巴结病，是一种罕见的组织细胞病，通常表现为青少年的无痛性双侧颈部淋巴结肿大。Rosai-Dorfman病发病累及骨骼者不到10%，并且多达75%的骨骼Rosai-Dorfman病患者同时存在软组织病灶。颅骨、颌面骨和胫骨是骨骼Rosai-Dorfman病最常见的发病部位。该病临床表现缺乏特异性，诊断主要依靠常规病理学和免疫组织化学染色检查。临...

笔者搜集一例经手术病理证实的胸腺Rosai-Dorfman病患者。CT检查示前纵隔升主动脉前方一卵圆形软组织肿块，与心包右缘宽基底相贴，增强扫描呈轻度均匀强化。该病影像表现缺乏特异性，定性诊断困难，确诊需依靠病理及免疫组织化学检查。
