造血干细胞(Hematopoietic stem cells, HSCs)是一种能够自我更新的罕见的骨髓细胞群，可在移植后重建整个造血系统，是一种治疗血液疾病的细胞疗法。脐带血是移植造血干细胞的一个可靠来源，但其中造血干细胞含量较少，体外扩增的程度有限，成功植入和持久的造血重建难度较大。因此，进一步优化造血干细胞体外扩增的培养条件有助于研发更有效的血液疾病治疗方法。
