近年来在外语教学中，广大研究者和教学者越来越关注外语学习者语用能力的培养问题。但是，对于课堂环境下外语语用是否可教这一问题尚存在一定争议。本文明确了外语语用教学的具体目标，探讨了可以指导外语语用教学的理论，并通过比较分析相关实证研究，对外语语用教学效果进行了考察，从而进一步论证了外语语用的可教性。在此基础上，笔者指出了外语语用教学中应当关注的问题。
