形成性评价将教师和学生的注意力从教学结果上转移到教学过程中来,有助于激发学生的学习动力,提高教学质量。从我校形成性评价试点工作来看,应减少形成性教学给教师带来的额外的工作,采用多种教学形式缓解课时压力,加大激励措施提高教师积极性,以及逐步采用小班授课方式,以提高形成性评价的质量,使形成性评价应有的优势得以充分发挥。

教育投入和教育投入结构是影响经济增长的重要因素,利用我国1 9 9 0-2 0 1 2年教育经费投 入、高等教育投入占总投入的比重和国内生产总值数据,实证研究了教育投入、投入结构对经济增长的影响. 研究表明:教育投入与经济增长正向相关,而教育投入结构(高等教育投入占总投入的比重)与经济增长是负 相关关系. 因此,国家应进一步加大财政性教育经费的投入,同时在投入方向上向中等和基础教育倾斜.
