以提高Wyner-Ziv编码性能为目的，使用H.264帧内编码技术对Wyner-Ziv编码中的K帧进行编码，利用其优异的编码性能来提高K帧编码质量.同时从帧间相关性利用、亮度块模式之间的选择以及4×4亮度块预测模式选择的角度对H.264的帧内预测进行了改进，降低其编码复杂度.实验表明：改进后的K帧编码算法耗时仅为H.264帧内编码算法的5%左右.
