2021年3月22日，西藏自治区林芝市加拉村色东普沟发生冰崩，导致雅鲁藏布江下游水位上涨十余米，对沿岸居民及交通线路构成很大威胁（图1）。该地区2018年10月曾连续发生两次大规模冰崩堵江事件，且存在继续发生堵江灾害的风险。
