利用DH5937应力测试系统和传感器技术，对刀轴的弯矩和扭矩进行了模拟实测，编制了刀轴弯扭复合载荷谱。通过迈内尔（Miner）线性累积损伤理论推导出刀轴在复合应力作用下的疲劳寿命估算式，并利用刀轴弯扭载荷谱估算出刀轴的疲劳寿命，较设计寿命提高了433h。
