设计了一种阻尼可调的油气悬架,在分析其结构和工作原理的基础上,建立了油气悬架非线性阻尼数学模型。应用Matlab/Simulink软件,分析了可调阻尼阀各结构参数对油气悬架阻尼特性的影响,并对仿真结果进行了试验验证。结果表明,通过合理选择串并联节流孔大小、单向阀最大开度以及单向阀弹簧预压缩量等阻尼阀结构参数,可以得到较为理想的油气悬架阻尼特性。
综合考虑液体可压缩性与液体连续流条件的影响,建立了三缸内燃泵(ICP)配流阀的动力学模型,研究了配流阀的容积效率特性。样机工作频率与配流阀的固有频率成整数倍关系时,容积效率大幅度降低。样机标定转速与容积效率最低时的转速较为接近,不利于系统正常稳定工作。容积效率的变化对ICP的燃油消耗率、输出流量、有效热效率、有效功率等性能指标影响较大,但对输出压力基本没有影响。
