摘要介绍了一种全新、简单的提取水稻种胚RNA的CTAB-LiCl提取法,可在不用液氮的室温下有效地排除剥取的种胚中大量带有的多糖和本身脂质的干扰,所得RNA样品经紫外分光光度计和琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析证明具有较高的纯度和完整性,并可进一步满足RT-PCR和Northern 印迹的实验需要,适用于富含多糖和脂质的植物组织RNA的提取。
