针对传统可视识别试剂盒颜色变化单一导致灵敏度不足的问题，本团队研制了一种硒(IV)离子多色可视检测试剂盒。该试剂盒灵敏度高，操作简单，其随着硒(IV)离子浓度的增加，逐渐由棕绿色转变为深绿色、蓝色、紫色、粉色和红褐色。用肉眼能观察到的最低浓度为1 μmol/L，紫外吸收检测到的最低浓度为0.1 μmol/L，能够满足我国饮用水中硒(IV)离子最低限量标准的检测要求。
